Maritime Shipping Gdynia import

Instruction:

1. Choose the harbour of shipping from the list

2. Insert the postal code in the following format XX-XXX (example: 03-984)

3. Insert the weight in kilograms (kg) and volume in cubic meters (m3) (for fractions use a decimal i.e. 5.55)

4. The obtained result shows via which city the shipment will proceed and the cost of transport based on the input data

 Terms of maritime and rail transportation:

All prices are given in USD and valid for neutral wares, standardized for maritime and rail transportation, not subject to veterinary control. The fare shown below is valid for small wares of volumes up to 20 m3. For bigger wares an individual estimate has to be made. Maritime shipping (freight) rate is calculated from the day the transport leaves the place of origin on a barge and does not include additional local costs. Rail shipping (freight) rate is calculated from the day the transport leaves the place of origin where the cargo container is assembled and does not include additional local fees. The maritime shipping (freight) rate W/M (1m3/1000kgs) is the minimal rate. The rail shipping (freight) rate per CBM ( 500kgs=1CBM) is the minimal rate.

For the „Sea import” service the rates are valid until the Gdynia (BCT) or Gdańsk (DTA) cargo terminals. For the „Import Rail (via Xian)” the rates are valid the Warsaw or Pruszków cargo terminal. DTHC included in the overall price. For „RAIL” and "IMPORT DIRECT TO GDANSK" services, items that are sent in bulk require mandatory pallet packing (cost of which is included in the THC).

Maximum acceptable size and weight of a shipped unit:
Height – 225 cm

Shipments exceeding the above measurements require additional approval before being sent.
Lengt – 350 cm (maritime) / 295 cm (rail)
Weight – 2500 kg

For packages exceeding 1 to 1 weight to volume ratio there is an extra HWS fee of 30 USD w/m.
For small packages sent with "Fracht morski Gdynia" from the USA, the additional costs are as follows:

B/L FEE, ENS –17 USD
AES 65 – USD
VGM – 15 USD
Export CFS Receiving Fee – 10 USD
W/M (MAX 40 USD)

Additional costs of maritime and rail transportation:

Import/ transfer customs clearance – 230 PLN (bis 20 PLN)
All the costs for maritime shipping are calculated for shipping from Gdynia harbor. All the costs for rail shipping are calculated for shipping from Warsaw.
